Want to change your life? Just turn off your phone.

Look, I know that life is more hectic than ever today.

What's the cause of all this? We're living in a time where there is an explosion of technology.

One hundred years ago we lived by the demands of one element: Nature. The sun, the winds and the rain dictated our schedule.
We went from the technology of the plow to the first cars, to the boom of factories and the Industrial Revolution, to the first television and ultimately to the first computer, to today's iPhone, Blackberry, Kindle, mp3 player, and more.
Technology has changed the world we know - the only world humanity knew.
People call it the information age, but it's really the "attention age." How do you know where to focus so that you're spending your time on what matters to you most in your life vs. responding to the buzzing in your pocket, tweetdeck, instant messaging, texts and the myriad technology we all have.
All of this technology was designed to supposedly give us more free time. Well, I have a question: How's that free time working for you?!
So I'm always looking for tools that keep me focused on what really matters to me, rather than the constant interruptions or demands from others.
Where focus goes, energy flows. And if you don't take the time to focus on what matters, then you're living a life of someone else's design.
This is why I want to share with you the opportunity to show you where the stress is in your life, and give you a few steps you can take towards regaining control immediately.
We have the power to focus, but few of us do. We have demands being made by images, sounds, feelings, people and experiences all around us.

What we have to do is take control. We have to stop the insanity. We need to put a stake in the ground for what we want for our lives today
